Partner Carrier Support

Own a Truck but Can’t Operate Under Your Own Authority?

DispatchHQ may help qualified owner-operators and drivers connect with a partnered carrier so they can operate under an active motor carrier authority while DispatchHQ provides dispatch and operational support.

Built For

Truck Owners Without Usable Authority

For owner-operators who own or operate equipment but cannot currently run under their own authority.

Connection depends on partnered carrier approval, insurance eligibility, safety review, and required documents.

No approval, freight, earnings, insurance, or continued operation is guaranteed.

The Reality

Having a Truck Is Not the Same as Being Ready to Operate.

Some operators own or lease a truck but cannot run legally under their own authority because of insurance, compliance, safety, paperwork, or administrative barriers.

DispatchHQ may help qualified operators connect with a partnered carrier when the driver, equipment, insurance, safety record, and documents meet the partnered carrier’s requirements.

What This Option Is Designed For

This option is designed for drivers and owner-operators who own or operate equipment but cannot currently run under their own authority. In some cases, connecting with a partnered carrier may allow qualified operators to get on the road legally while meeting required safety, insurance, and regulatory standards.

DispatchHQ may provide dispatch and operational support, but all drivers and equipment must meet the partnered carrier’s requirements, including insurance eligibility, safety standards, document approval, and full compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.

No freight is dispatched unless the driver, truck, insurance, registration, safety records, and required documents are approved by the partnered carrier.

Carrier Approval

Final approval belongs to the partnered carrier.

Document Review

Driver, truck, insurance, and safety records may be reviewed.

No Guarantee

Approval, freight, earnings, and insurance are not guaranteed.
